Every plan includes the full dealer software and a bespoke website. Choose by how many cars you carry and how many detailed vehicle lookups come with them. Vehicle history checks and valuations are separate, pay as you go.

Website design and build included. Your bespoke website and the whole back office are in the monthly, with a twelve-month minimum, and no payment is taken until your site goes live. Your stock comes in from a CSV or Excel file, so it is not typed in again. Add a workshop and its website, with online booking, is built free too. Vehicle history checks and valuations are not in the monthly: they are pay as you go, bought in packs inside your dashboard.

+£99 a month on any tier, and its own website with online booking is built free. It reads supplier invoices from a photograph, shares its free times with your forecourt, and has 200 vehicle lookups of its own each month, engine codes included where available. What it does

A garage with no forecourt

Your own website, with the booking diary built in and included in the price. Customers book an MOT or a service online and it goes straight onto your ramps. Job cards and invoices behind it. No vehicle history checks or valuations: those are for buying and selling cars. Run a forecourt as well? Add the workshop to your plan for £99 a month and its website is built free.

Published prices read on 29 September 2026, from each company’s own pricing page: typical ones, not the cheapest. The dealer system is counted once, with its website, feeds and invoicing in it; the vehicle data is the number of lookups each tier includes. Vehicle history checks and valuations are not counted: here they are pay as you go as well.

Prices are what you pay. No VAT is charged. The monthly starts when your site goes live, with a minimum term of twelve months. Vehicle history checks and valuations are pay as you go, on top.

  1. The build

    Your stock comes in from a CSV or Excel file out of the system you use now, each car with its line in the stock book, so nobody types it in again.

    The website is designed, built and launched as part of your plan, and after twelve monthly payments it is yours to keep, free, whenever you ask for it. Earlier handover is possible for a fee set out in the terms. The back office is not sold with it: you use it for as long as you are a customer, and what you put into it downloads at any time.

  2. What the monthly covers

    Hosting, SSL, your domain renewal, daily backups, monitoring, updates, the detailed vehicle lookups, forty-five minutes of content changes a month and email support answered within one working day are in all three.

    Putting a car on the site takes at most one of the month’s vehicle lookups, which brings its engine code and trim where available, and a car you have looked up before costs nothing.

  3. Charged as you use them

    Vehicle history checks and valuations are not in the monthly. You buy them in packs from inside your own back office (5 vehicle history checks for £25, 10 vehicle history checks for £50, 100 valuations for £40), paid by card, on your account the moment it clears, and packs do not expire.

    They are two different bills, so they are counted apart, and running out of one leaves the other working. A valuation is what you spend pricing your own stock, and what the part exchange button on your website spends, never more than 10, 20 or 30 a day by tier. A history check is only spent when you ask for one on a car.

  4. A workshop

    Add a workshop to any tier for £99 a month: the ramp diary, online MOT and service booking, job cards and invoices, on the same system as the forecourt, so the cost of work on a car lands on its line in the stock book.

    It comes with 200 vehicle lookups a month of its own, engine codes included, and parts invoices typed in from a photograph by Claude, Anthropic’s AI, for you to check and save.

  5. Joining

    One dealer to an area, in the order people sign up.

    Choose a package, tell us about your company and save a card or Apple Pay: nothing is taken until launch day, two to four weeks after your brief. We confirm your area is free within a working day, and if it is taken nothing is ever charged.

Is there VAT on top?

No. We are not registered for VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.

What if I want to leave?

After the minimum term of twelve months, one month’s notice ends it, with no exit fee. The back office stays with us, so download your invoices and paperwork from Settings before you go; you can do that at any time. The website is part of the service, and after twelve monthly payments it is yours to keep, free, whenever you ask for it. Earlier handover is possible for a fee set out in the terms.
