3. Card or Apple Pay

Nothing to pay today. Your card or Apple Pay is saved securely with Stripe. Your first monthly payment is taken when your service launches, normally two to four weeks after your completed brief, and the same subscription is then charged monthly. Your subscription has a twelve-month minimum commitment from launch.

Your website is included as part of the service, with no upfront dealership website build fee. If you want to take ownership before completing the twelve-month minimum financial commitment, a £500 early website ownership fee applies. Once fees covering that minimum commitment have been paid, you can ask for ownership without that £500 charge. The Barton’s Bespoke back-office software does not transfer.

I am signing up for a business. I accept the Terms of business and the Cancellation & ending the service policy, including the twelve-month minimum commitment, and I authorise Barton’s Bespoke to charge my saved payment method on launch day and monthly afterwards as described in those terms.

What happens next

Today: Choose your package, tell us about your company and save a card or Apple Pay with Stripe. Nothing is taken.
Within a working day: We confirm your area is free and book in your brief. If it is taken we say so, but never who holds it, and nothing is ever charged.
Launch day: Your site goes live on your own domain two to four weeks after your brief comes back to us, with your stock brought in from a CSV or Excel file of your old system’s. Your first month is taken that day.
After that: Monthly, with a minimum term of twelve months. Then a month’s notice ends it.

One dealer to an area. A lot of the build goes into ranking for the local searches around your forecourt. Two of our sites in one town would be competing with each other for the same searches, which helps neither of you, so we only take one dealer in an area. If yours is already spoken for we will say so, though never who holds it. How your details are used, by us and by Stripe, is in our privacy notice.

Before anything is charged

Nothing is charged today. There is no build fee. Signing up reserves your area once we have confirmed it is free, within a working day; if it is taken, nothing is ever charged. The monthly starts when your site goes live and runs for a minimum term of twelve months; after that, a month’s notice ends it. The website is part of the service, and after twelve monthly payments it is yours to keep, free, whenever you ask for it. The back office stays with us, and your invoices and paperwork can be downloaded from it at any time. Vehicle history checks and valuations are not in the monthly: you buy them in packs inside your dashboard, when you want them.

We will never ask you for a password. Not your domain, not your booking system, not your payment provider. Where something needs changing we write out exactly what to enter and you enter it.
