Why
To answer your enquiry, sell you a car, arrange finance if you ask us to, and keep the records the law requires us to keep.
Who we share it with
If you apply for finance, the lenders we introduce you to, who will carry out credit checks. Our warranty and breakdown providers, so your cover can be set up. We don’t sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or object to marketing. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
