- Issued with the car when you collect it.

- Ring us about the car whenever, however long after.
- Change your mind on finance
- You have 14 days after signing a credit agreement to withdraw from it. You’d repay what you’ve borrowed, plus any interest up to that point.
- Reject it for a full refund
- Within 30 days: you can reject the car and get a full refund.
- A fault is assumed to have been there
- If the fault appears within six months of buying, it’s assumed to have been there when you bought the car, unless we can show it wasn’t.
- A repair or a replacement
- After 30 days: you’re entitled to a repair or a replacement.
